Lawsonia

I hear Gary Zimmerman has stepped down as director of the golf course. Jeff Kleinke has taken over for him.

Mistake Number #187632189033211256 by Kenny G and the GREAT and POWERFUL ABA!
Judy & Gary Zimmerman were a great asset to Lawsonia and Green Lake.
In the Words of Ross Perot; "The Big Sucking Sound You Are Hearing" is the Life Blood Leaving Green Lake. The Domino's are Begininng to Fall.
If Judy & Gary stick around, maybe they should run the Chamber?

You mean us sub par players may actually be welcomed back at Lawsonia? We won't have to anymore kiss the great Zimmerman's ring before approaching the hallowed fairways of Lawsonia?

You bet I'm rejoicing... Fore!

You uninformed residents!!!
Gary and Judy made Lawsonia "run" these past five years. Without them, the whole place would have closed. Only because Gary has some health problems, is he stepping down from the leadership. It's all downhill from now folks! I predict that Ken will have to sell the golf courses soon to keep the ABA Conference Center in the black.

That Lindenwood Developement is "history" in today's economy!!!

And Jeff Kleinke will do a fine job running it for the next 5+ years. I can see how this thread is going to run, those who love Zimmerman and those who don't.

Of course the golf courses may close! The ABA is/was broke and that is why they the whole Lindenwood/annexation/money wasted/now law suits has happened!
I agreed with Ald. McIntyre and a few others who predicted all of this and that only a few houses will be built and sold over there before Lindenwood gives up or goes under.
I don't want Gary Z. running our chamber. He is a rude, arrogant man. We need a real professional to run our Chamber and a city administrator to run our city.
The golf courses were and will probably close anyway down the road as well as most of the buildings. I must know at least 10 golfers who will not go there anymore because of Gary's unpleasant behavior towards them. Goodby. It's a good thing.

City Gal you are right on regarding the Lindenwood fiasco. Ald. McIntyre had the foresight and the guts to oppose the annexation. Good Luck to the Town of Brooklyn.
