Town of Brooklyn Meeting May 3

There is a Town of Brooklyn Mtg at 7:00 with one item on the agenda which is to repeal all or part of the Comprehensive Plan. Interesting. People interested in the ABA development should pay attention to this meeting.

Isn't this the plan that is to go into effect in 2010 and at the moment is being used as a "guideline" for current developments? If so, why is it on the docket for a parcial or total repeal?
