VOTE TUEDSAY!!!
There are elections Tuesday, April 3. These could influence the development at the ABA and the direction of the charter school proposal. There are several state judge elections including the state supreme court. Richard Wright of Marquette County is running un-opposed. Wuest & Ladwig are both running for chair of the Town of Brooklyn and there could be some interesting developments for the School Board election. For what it is worth Bur Zeratsky never returned his questionaire for the newspaper.

Vote Holland Meade Grim and Gary Nelson as write-in candidates for School Board! These are fathers of young children in the district who have a vested interest and want to see the school go in a positive direction. Spread the word!
I agree with writing in Grim and Nelson, and will when I go vote. gl school district voters, we need a change...get involved by talking with staff/parents/students...how about attending some meettings. just dont listen to bates/tracy...you need other input to get a clear picture
Zeratsky=Arrogance, Arrogance=Zeratsky. I am sure that when his kid graduates - he won't be interested in the school board anymore.
One reason I hear about the proposed charter/IB classes is because of the money issue or the lack there of. the per student cost makes gl a very expensive district. my problem is this, the district owns the house located south of the parking lot, about 140k there. Lets sell the 20 "spinner bikes" bates bought at about 8-10k there. the district has 3 administrators for around 300 k-12 students, lets cut there. the district hired a weekend custodian, has expensive colored pre-printed newsletter paper, colored printers for a select few teachers, when they could use the printer located in the printing room like the rest of the staff uses. Lets lease laptops for jr high kids, whats that cost? The list can go on and on...
If you are going to write not so nice things about people why don't you at least sign off your name...Maybe Mr. Zeratsky comes across to you as arrogant, but I think if you are going to say that he is arrogant, at least have some facts to back it up...
Not afraid to sign my name,
Melissa Sonntag
I did state why I thought he was arrogant. He did not return his questionaire for the newspaper. Anything else Mrs. Sonntag?
Chief..
Nothing else.
But..I wouldn't want to make the assumption that he didn't turn it in..for all you know the paper could have forgot to put it in.
Oh by the way..you can call me Melissa
Actually Mrs. Sonntag you are mistaken. I asked the paper and they told me they called him for the questionaire and he still didn't return it.
Thanks for the info Chief..I am glad you found the time to call the paper and ask
Melissa
Chief will you delete April 3, 2007 9:41am post
Chief,
I hope you don't go deleting postings. What's the point of a blog if you delete stuff? In case you people don't know, if you use an identity, you can delete your own stuff. Otherwise, too bad.
Why delete that specific blog??
I won't be deleting any posts unless it crossed the lines of good taste. If you write it, they will read it.
