Unfuckingbelievable.
I think Chief Huber should stop by Walker's garden in his new car and see what else she's growing out there.
Put me down for an ounce of whatever she's smoking.

Which Walker?
Good one!!!
Now that we have a city flower, we must decide on a city weed. I would suggest the dandelion, though that seems a bit obvious.(Anyone have a weed nominee?) How about a city pest to go along with our city flower and our city weed? I personally don't like japanese beetles so I vote for them! Those box-elder bugs are pesty, too. If you have other suggestions, you may have a write-in vote in the pest category. Okay, now for a city rodent, I think the squirrels have had entirely too much power in Green Lake and it's about time somebody did something about it. We could hire a squirrel hypnotist, or if need be, a squirrel sniper like they are doing for the deer. I don't appreciate the rabbits, either, so let's vote on this one. Is a rabbit considered a rodent?
I really think the Chamber has started something here! Dusty Walker, you go girl! You gotta start someplace... many happy returns!
Wasn't there a movie where the lead character, a hitman for the mob, would leave behind a flower after taking someone out? (Jimmy the pansy or something?)
Perhaps the Chamber will leave flowers on the doorstep the next time a business goes under? It would be a nice touch, we'd soon have a very colorful downtown.

I am so in favor of the squirrel sniper idea! Or how about feral cats?
On a lighter note, you can buy the Happy Returns Day Lilly from the Chamber for $3.50 per plant.
Dear GLNobody- Thanks, I'll go buy some.
These posts are too funny...I don't think we need to vote on a city "weed"..pretty sure that one's already been decided...
