It is a good thing..people really need to stay off their boats when they have been drinking..How lucky they are that there weren't any children on that boat..Even though it was at 3:00am,I see people driving around loaded in the early evening and what makes them think that they can put other people's lives at risk because they can't control themselves when they drink is beyond me....
