Darn it - I thought if I voted early I could vote often... Great job Chief!
I have noticed that you see a lot more Ceman signs in Berlin, and almost all Collins signs in Green Lake. I don't know about the rest of the county...
Thus far, I still don't know what these guys believe in or how they differ. I suppose there will be more about them in the newspaper before the elections.
Well a few of the differences are:
1. Ceman is a Republican and Collins is Doyle's man.
2. Ceman is an American Veteran and was actually the interim DA when Jim Camp left Green Lake... that is until Doyle put his own guy in there.
Don't know if that makes a difference to you but I also think they both have websites with more info. You could probably Google Scott Ceman DA and Winn Collins etc.
I think Winn Collins probably has a lot more campaign funds as I have received quite a few mailings. He was also inside the County Bldg. at the County Fair and Scott & his wife were relegated to lawn chairs outside. (Don't know why)
Hopefully that helps or at least piques the curiosity!
True Winn Collins was appointed by Doyle to fill the term of Jim Camp. Collins is running as a Republican and has been doing an outstinding job. I saw him at the fair and understand that he has to backing of most if not all police officers county wide...
